Do I have to be a wine club member to buy wine?

You don’t have to join our wine club to purchase, but if you do, you will receive ongoing member discounts on all of our products. There is also free delivery within Australia. It is free to join our wine club, and there is no minimum purchase required. With all of these benefits, there is no reason not to join!

How much does it cost for delivery?

When will I receive my delivery?

Depending on where you live, the delivery time will normally be between 2 and 14 business days. Your wine will be delivered by FastWay Couriers in most instances.

I can’t have my wine delivered home – what else can I do?

We can also deliver wine to your work place. If this does not suit, the courier can leave a calling card, and you can call them to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

What happens if there is nobody around to accept my delivery?

Upon checkout, please be sure to select “Authority to Leave” and also leave clear delivery instructions, such as “Leave by the front door” or “leave at the back gate” when you place your order. In most cases, we can also deliver to your work address during standard business hours. If there is not anywhere safe to leave your order, it is best that you request to sign for the delivery. If you do this and you are not home, the courier will leave a calling card – you can then call to arrange a convenient time for delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Boxes?

What happens if I don’t like the wine?

We guarantee the quality of our wines. If you try a wine and don’t like it, just contact us within 30 days of making your purchase and we will credit your account to the value of this wine – it is that easy.

What happens if some of my wine gets broken during delivery, or it is not delivered at all?

This is rarely ever a problem. However, if there is an issue with your delivery, we will replace or credit your account for anything you order but do not receive.
