Acceptance of any order is at our absolute discretion. We may accept any order for the supply of goods (in whole or in part), or decline any order (in whole or in part). We are not liable to you in respect of those goods that we are unable to supply to you, provided that we refund any amounts paid by you in respect of the unsupplied goods.
When you place an order for wine on our website, this payment will be processed by a secure online payment gateway.
Your order will be fulfilled by ROV from our warehouse, and under normal circumstances will be delivered to your nominated delivery address within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery delays may occur as a result of factors out of the control of ROV, and ROV is not responsible for any such delays.
In rare cases where the ordered stock is not available, ROV reserves the right to substitute this wine with another vintage of the advertised wine should the advertised vintage no longer be available. If for some reason you do not want the other vintage provided, please contact us at email@example.com to arrange a replacement or full refund.
When providing or updating personal information, or when purchasing from ROV, your financial details are protected through a secure server using 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is approximated to take at least one trillion years to break, and is the industry standard for secure web transactions. Prices stated are in Australian dollars, and may be per bottle or per case, as stated. Prices include GST, unless otherwise stated.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. Wines cannot be delivered to, ordered on behalf of, or accepted by person/s under the age of 18 years old
We use Australia Post as our delivery contractor. At our discretion, this may change without notice or under circumstance where we decide to use an alternative delivery contractor.
Delivery instructions are a guide only and ROV cannot guarantee that on all deliveries these instructions will be followed. If the customer is not in attendance when a delivery is attempted and no further instructions have been issued by the client, the item or items will be returned to the local post office (or delivery contractor depot) where they can be collected upon signature. A card will be left in your letter box to advice of the collection point. Items will be held for 7 days. After this time uncollected items will be returned to ROV. Please note if wine is to be resent to a customer under these circumstances, further full delivery charges will apply.
Our delivery contractor will not deliver your order if they consider any delivery circumstances may be unsuitable for any reason, including because any likely recipient of the ordered products appears to our delivery personnel to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs, under the age of 18 years or acting for or on behalf of a person who we consider may be unsuitable for any reason (including because they may be under 18 years).
For deliveries to South Australia, you agree that: on delivery, the recipient of delivery will be required to (i) sign a declaration confirming their name and that they are over 18 years of age, and (ii) if the recipient looks under 25 (at the discretion of our delivery contractor), provide proof of ID (including photographic identification and date of birth) and the name and date of birth of the recipient will be recorded by the delivery contractor; Any Information collected and recorded under this condition will be held for a minimum of 12 months. These are requirements of South Australia’s Liquor Licensing Legislation and will apply from 1 July 2019, and if the recipient is unable to comply, the delivery contractor will not be able to complete the delivery.
We may not deliver your order if any requests for verification by our delivery contractor (such as proof of identity or age) are not met.
Normal delivery times are 5 – 10 working days. Please note, we can only ship to addresses within Australia and do not deliver to any addresses in The Northern Territory.
Freight rates vary from time-to-time, are also a function of your delivery postcode and are available before you checkout on the website. This may change without notice and will be available before you checkout on the website.
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order (e.g. out of stock) we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange alternative product(s), an alternative delivery time or a full refund.

You may cancel your membership at any time 30 days prior to dispatch of upcoming pack, by phone or in writing to email@example.com

You will receive an email confirmation and invoice when we have processed your SIGNATURE CLUB dozen shipment
You are responsible for ensuring we have your correct delivery address and we will not be responsible for loss due to a failure to update your delivery address. You can send changes to your wine club delivery address to email@example.com
Should your wine not arrive in a satisfactory condition, please contact us on 08 9750 4000, so that your wine can be replaced or refunded. Robert Oatley requires damaged goods to be returned within 21 days so action can be taken with the carrier
